Making customers comfortable whilst they tune in to their
favourite matches or watch their next race is really
important.
When there's an event going on in the shop, we also offer all our
customers free tea or coffee. It doesn't just help them to feel
like part of the excitement. It's a great opportunity to get to
know them personally and helps them to get to know other customers
too!
